The 'School knowledge, working knowledge and the knowing subject: a review of state curriculum policies 1975-2005' project was led by Professor Lyn Yates and was funded as a Discovery Project by the Australian Research Council (2007-2008) (project number DP0771231), supplemented by further funding from the University of Melbourne through 2009. Other researchers contributing to the project and to the resources provided on this website included Cherry Collins, Katie Wright, Brenda Holt and Kate O’Connor.
The curriculum policies and major education reports collected as part of this project were digitised to preserve as a resource for future researchers and policy makers with the support of the University Library and the Social and Cultural Informatics Platform. The archive uses the Online Heritage Resource Manager, a tool developed by the eScholarship Research Centre, part of the University Library at the University of Melbourne.
The development of this education policy archive was coordinated and supported by the SCIP Partners Network, specifically the eScholarship Research Centre (resource and knowledge archiving), University Digitisation Centre, Digital Scholarship (research data management and curation), and the Digital repository unit.
